Over ten years of organisational consulting, the same pattern kept coming back: most operational problems in a business come from processes that are poorly designed, or applied irregularly.
Often it's a mix of tools that don't really talk to each other. A CRM, documents and an invoicing system that are disconnected and don't share all their data. Manual requests that aren't handled quickly.
Today, many businesses can't answer a quote request in under two hours. The result: requests get lost, sales follow-up doesn't happen, and files aren't seen through because someone is away, overloaded, or the team is short-staffed.
